Canine Family
The Canine Family is a bulky, high Power family, with access to the most Control skills of any pet family in the game. The Wolf, Alpine Wolf, and Krytan Drakehound are highly recommended to anyone needed some control, while the Fern Hound is one of the few healing pets available.

Bite - Bite your foe.
Crippling Leap - 20s CD Leap at your foe and cripple them. (5s) Leap
Brutal Charge - 40s CD Leap at your foe and knock them down. (2s) Leap
At level 80, canine pets have the following default attributes:
Power 1,718
Precision 1,374
Toughness 1,374
Vitality 1,718
Canine starting pets can be chosen by norn and sylvari rangers
